Circle of Security Parenting™ Program – Brisbane and Online

This parenting program is grounded in attachment theory, developed by John Bowlby and Mary Ainsworth, and focuses on how a child's early relationships shape emotional development, behaviour, and sense of security. It supports parents to build secure relationships and is delivered in a structured format suitable for parents involved in family law proceedings.

⚖️ Court Recognition

This program is provided for court-relate purposes. Participants who complete the program will be issued with a Certificate of Completion, which may be relied upon for the purposes of compliance with Orders of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA). Program Overview

The program incorporates all core components of the Circle of Security Parenting™ framework. Delivery is adapted in format and duration to accommodate individual circumstances and meet court requirements, while maintaining the integrity of the model. The program is distinct from general community parenting programs and is tailored to the needs of parents involved in court proceedings, including those who do not have day-to-day care of their child/ren.

Brisbane Children’s Contact Centre Pty Ltd provides court-compliant, chain-of-custody hair follicle and nail drug testing in Brisbane for Family Law proceedings and criminal matters. All specimens are collected under strict chain-of-custody procedures suitable for evidentiary purposes. Court Compliance Analysis is undertaken by United States Drug Testing Laboratories (USDTL), an internationally recognised forensic toxicology laboratory accredited to the International Standards ISO/IEC 17025:2005 by a recognised national accreditation body. Testing is conducted in accordance with the Society of Hair Testing (SoHT) guidelines. Specimens may be collected from head hair, body hair, or nails, and all samples are obtained under strict chain-of-custody procedures. The laboratory is selected based on the type of testing required, the specific substances to be analysed, compliance with international standards, cost, and turnaround time. Test results are court-defensible and routinely relied upon in family law proceedings. Reports include full chain-of-custody documentation and laboratory certification.
